MTNA Performance & Composition Competitions

This is the deadline for MTNA competitions in performance and composition. Winners and representatives in this event compete at Division level in January. Winners of Division will compete at the MTNA Conference.

NMTA Collegiate Competition (Nebraska only)

This competition is for college-level performances. This event is state-level only. Please refer to the NMTA Student Festival and Competition Manual for requirements.

NMTA High School Competition (Nebraska only)

This competition is for high school-level performances. The student must have qualified at the previous district festival. (Qualification includes receiving a I or II performance rating, passing the theory test with a grade of 60% or better, and completing sight reading.) Please refer to the NMTA Student Festival and Competition Manual for requirements. This event is state-level only.
